Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms cover your use of LMS License Seller and any license you buy from us. By buying a license or starting a trial you accept them.

2. Your license

A standard production license covers exactly one school and one canonical LMS domain, running one active installation. You may not share a license between schools, run a second live copy on another domain, or work around the domain binding. Moving to a different domain is done through the transfer process in your customer portal.

3. Trials

A free trial runs for the period shown when you start it and is limited to one trial per school or domain. Trial limits are set by us and shown before you begin. A trial does not entitle you to a paid license.

4. Payment

Prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and include the automatic savings shown in your order summary at the time you buy. Manual payments are issued only after our team verifies your reference number and proof. We may reject a payment we cannot verify and will explain why.

5. Renewals

When you renew before expiry, the new period is added after your current expiry date so you do not lose the time you already paid for. After expiry your license continues during the grace period set by your plan, and then stops until you renew.

6. Suspension and revocation

We may suspend or revoke a license if payment is reversed, if the license is used outside these terms, or if we are required to do so by law. We record the reason and tell you.

7. Domains

If you connect your own domain you must control it. If you buy a domain through us, registration depends on availability and is confirmed separately; we never claim a domain is registered until it really is.

8. Availability

We work to keep the licensing service available, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance and outages are shown on our status page.

9. Refunds

Refunds are considered case by case. Contact support with your order number and we will review it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this site before they take effect.
