How many domains can one license use?
One production license covers exactly one LMS domain and one active installation. Moving a school to a new domain is done through the audited transfer process, so no two live copies can run from one license.
What happens when my license expires?
Your license keeps working during the grace period set by your plan. After the grace period ends, the LMS receives an expired status on its next check and locks the license features until you renew.
How do the savings work? Are there promo codes?
There are no promo codes to type. Savings are applied automatically: longer terms and early renewals get a better price, and the discounted amount is calculated on our server and shown in your summary before you pay.
Which payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, QR Ph, bank transfer or deposit, and any custom method our team enables. After paying, submit the reference number and a photo of the receipt, and our team verifies it before your license is issued.
How do I connect my own domain?
Point your domain to our nameservers (dns1.cybercloudhost.com and dns2.cybercloudhost.com) at the company where you bought it. Updates can take 1 to 48 hours, then press "Check nameservers" on your setup page.
Is there a free trial?
Trial licenses are created by the administrator for selected schools. Contact support to request one. You can convert an assigned trial to a paid plan without reinstalling the LMS.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Contact support or renew with a different duration. Your license keeps its identity, so the LMS installation does not need to be rebuilt.
How is my license verified?
Your LMS connects to this License Seller over HTTPS and asks whether the license is valid. Every answer is cryptographically signed, so the LMS can verify it without trusting the network.
