1. What we collect

We collect the details you give us when you create an account or buy a license: your school name, contact person, email address, phone number, billing address, and the domain you connect. When your LMS checks its license we also record the domain, the installation identifier, the LMS version, the result of the check, and the network address the request came from.

2. Why we collect it

We use these details to issue and renew your license, to confirm that one license is running on one school domain, to send invoices and expiry reminders, and to help you when you contact support.

3. Payment information

When you pay by GCash, Maya, QR Ph or bank transfer we store the reference number and the proof image you upload. We do not store your card numbers or your payment app password, and we never ask for them.

4. Passwords

Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Nobody on our team can read your password, and we will never ask you for it.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this service, such as our hosting and email providers, or when the law requires it.

6. Keeping your data

We keep license, payment and support records while your account is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can answer questions about past licenses and meet accounting requirements.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about your account. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies and sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small local setting to remember your light or dark mode choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
